Charming Hidden Gem in a Bustling City

I was kinda surprised by this cozy spot in the middle of a busy area. The hotel is very close to a lot of food options, shopping places, and spas. Kuta Beach is about a 10-minute walk, it is very convenient. The pool is surrounded by a pretty tropical garden. The scene was quite beautiful.

The bathroom had a slight odor that was noticeable during showers. It wasn't a major issue since my stay was short, just one night, but I noticed it.

The staff were friendly when I arrived. They helped me carry my bags to my room on the second floor. I was grateful for the assistance after such a long flight. I really appreciated their help.

The pool area features many sunbeds and a nicely kept tropical garden. I noticed the upkeep and care taken on the grounds, I found this very soothing. It was like a secret hideaway.

amazing stay!

friendly staff perfect location balinese garden

i had a very nice experience with friendly staff. the location was perfect, near all i wanted to see. the traditional balinese garden was very pretty, i enjoyed the lush greenery.

the wifi signal was not very strong in some areas of the hotel.

The pool area had very clean and cozy vibes. It really was super well maintained. i saw a lot of people relaxing and chatting near the pool every day. It seemed like a social hub.

the pool area is quite nice. i liked that water bottles were delivered daily. the location allows easy access to restaurants, shops, and the beach through a back lane. it was very helpful.

during my stay, the room wasn't as clean as i expected. i noticed some areas needed more attention .

I found the air conditioning and fridge were both in good working order. Movie channels available on the tv offered entertainment. The price was affordable. The location allowed easy walks around the area.

The breakfast buffet had limited food options. Eating outside might be preferable.

amazing pool good breakfast

I appreciated the location. it was in the heart of the area. the pool was amazing and the breakfast was quite good. I enjoyed the traditional balinese style of the garden! the room was cleaned daily. the sheets and towels were changed daily too.

There were stairs. there's no elevator. If you have suitcases, you must carry them to your room. there was no shampoo or shower gel in the room!
